Compliance Statement

Huno Service LTD operates in accordance with UK law, EU regulations, U.S. OFAC sanctions, and applicable export control regimes. Our automation and AI services are considered dual-use software and are delivered subject to these obligations.

Sanctioned Territories & Parties

• We do not provide services to individuals or organisations located in, incorporated in, or primarily operating from embargoed or sanctioned countries listed by the UK Government, EU, or U.S. OFAC.
• We screen clients and partners against consolidated sanctions lists and reserve the right to decline or suspend engagements.

Regulated Industries

We may require additional due diligence for engagements involving:

• Financial services and fintech
• Healthcare and life sciences
• Government or public sector entities
• Defence-related activities

Additional contractual terms, compliance controls, or certifications may apply before work commences.

Technology Usage Obligations

• Clients must use delivered automations and AI solutions in accordance with applicable laws, including data protection, anti-spam, and consumer protection regulations.
• Exporting our deliverables to third parties is prohibited without our written consent where export controls apply.
• Clients remain responsible for obtaining any sector-specific approvals required for automation in regulated environments.

Reporting & Cooperation

If we suspect a breach of export control or sanctions laws, we may suspend services and cooperate with competent authorities. We will notify affected clients where legally permissible.
