  • Meet project timelines where reasonably possible

5. Payment Terms

  • Monthly packages: Billed in advance by direct debit or card
  • Project work: 50% deposit, remainder on completion
  • Invoices due within 14 days
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Prices exclude VAT where applicable

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your existing IP and data
  • We retain ownership of our methodologies and tools
  • You own specific deliverables created for you upon full payment
  • We may reference project work in marketing (without revealing confidential details)

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for project purposes.

8. Limitations

  • We provide services "as is" without guarantees of specific business outcomes
  • We're not responsible for third-party platform changes or downtime
  • Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
  • We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential losses

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. You remain responsible for payment of services provided up to termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to English court jurisdiction.
