Huno Service LTD delivers automation and AI services remotely. No physical goods are shipped.

Onboarding Timeline

  • Within one business day of purchase we send an onboarding email with intake questionnaire and scheduling link.
  • Kickoff calls typically take place within five business days, subject to your availability.
  • Implementation timelines depend on scope: standard packages deliver initial workflows within 2–4 weeks.

Access Provisioning

  • We request system access via secure credential-sharing tools.
  • Deliverables are provided through shared workspaces, documentation portals, and recorded walkthroughs.
  • Any documentation or assets remain accessible for the duration of your contract.

Client Responsibilities

  • Complete onboarding questionnaires promptly.
  • Provide necessary approvals and credentials.
  • Attend scheduled workshops or provide delegates.

Delays

If we anticipate delays, we notify you immediately with revised timelines. Client-side delays may shift delivery dates; we will collaborate on a new schedule.
