Refund Policy

Monthly Service Packages

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Satisfaction Guarantee: New clients unsatisfied within the first 30 days may receive a full refund of their first month's payment.

No Pro-Rating: Monthly fees aren't refunded for partial months, but you retain access until your billing period ends.

Project-Based Work

Before Work Begins: Full refund of any deposits paid.

During Projects: Refunds calculated based on work completed. You pay for completed work; we refund payment for undelivered portions.

Completed Projects: Refunds considered case-by-case based on circumstances and whether issues can be resolved.

How to Request Refunds

Email contact@hunoservice.com with:

  • Your account details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Preferred resolution

We'll respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 14 days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party software costs incurred on your behalf
  • Completed training sessions
  • Work delivered and accepted

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy with reasonable notice to existing clients.
