Digital Services
Huno Service LTD delivers automation services, AI integrations, and digital assets. Because deliverables are intangible and tailored, traditional product returns do not apply.
Quality Assurance
- All workflows undergo testing prior to handover.
- We provide documentation and training to support adoption.
- Identified defects within 30 days of delivery are remediated at no cost.
Adjustments & Revisions
If a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, notify us within 30 days. We will:
- Review the issue within two business days.
- Provide a remediation plan and timeline.
- Implement corrections or enhancements aligned to the original scope.
Out-of-Scope Changes
Requests outside the approved scope are quoted separately. We'll agree on costs before commencing additional work.
